About the Garden City Community Clinic:
Garden City Community Clinic provides medical services to eligible low-income, uninsured patients by utilizing volunteer health care professionals. Care includes treatment of short-term, non-emergency illnesses as well as chronic care for some diseases like diabetes, hypertensions, and astma. Medication assistance is also avaiable as well as and referrals for specialty care.
On-site basic dental services, social work consultations, patient medical education, and mental health counseling are part of our safety-net medical home model.
Our clinic could not run cost effectively without the generous donation of medical supplies and medications by clinics, hospitals, and drug representatives. Nearly 1/2 of our annual expenses are typically donated goods and services. To find out what supplies we are currently accepting, please contact our Clinic Manager or click on the Donate Now link to learn more!
