Our logo was designed around our core principles and beliefs:

The seed represents our faith and belief that everyone has equal value. It is at the base and core of everything we attempt to do. Therefore, we attempt to treat all with mercy, compassion, dignity and excellence, regardless of their standing, beliefs, or appearance.

The roots represent our efforts grounded in the communities we live and serve in. Input from the communities we serve is an essential factor in success. Thus, we view ourselves as capacity builders, helping to empower local communities to help themselves.

The branches represent the relationships that connect our work with others across corporate identities, denominations, disciplines, socio-economic boundaries and even religious beliefs. Although we have our own distinctives in philosophies and practice, we respect the need for diverse approaches to solving the same problems.

The leaf is symbolic of the fruit of our efforts that is a seed to be spread to other organizations, networks and communities. We hold our fruit with open hands, willing to share with others what we can so that an abundant harvest may abound.

The rising light reminds us of the power of the hope of the rising sun - and we hold out the hope of a new day to humanity where ever we encounter it.
